OSI’s NOC will monitor your enterprise wide IP Telephony infrastructure down to the component level, including routers, switches, servers and applications providing alarms and sending emails to your own specified escalation path where we keep you informed every step of the way. Our Engineers quickly identify and respond to any “troubles”, most before you even know they exist.

OSI’s monitoring your systems at multiple levels so we help you ensure that all your Service Level Agreements are being met. Additionally, OSI can provide reports so you have an overtime look at how your systems, carriers and OSI is doing in responding to your needs.
