Account Executive – Enterprise Unified Communications

Identify through prospecting and acquire new UC business via CEOs, VPs, Directors and key decision makers. Create matrixes manage a team of OSI specialists to assist in the creation of proposals for identified strategic customer business challenges. This role acts as a single point of accountability for all questions about products, services and pricing.

OSI Advantage Managed Services Specialist

The OSI Advantage Managed Services Specialist partners with the Account Executives of assigned Region(s) to sell OSI Advantage managed services to new and existing accounts. The OSI Advantage Specialist will overlay the assigned sales regions and interact closely with the Account Executives, Sales Directors and VP’s as part of the sales team. This is an external facing role that will support these sales teams in growing our OSI Advantage Managed Services tied to our support (maintenance) and managed service offerings. This role requires a broad skill set spanning from strategic/long range thinking to tactical program rollouts. Must possess proven sales and negotiations skills and also be able to work tactically and multitask in a fast moving environment.

Project Manager – A/V MultiMedia

The Project Manager focuses on the delivery of the customer’s solutions by planning, organizing, leading, controlling, and closing out projects within the project constraints of cost, quality, scope and schedule. This position requires a positive, hands-on team-oriented leadership style.

Project Coordinator SME

The Project Coordinator focuses on the design and delivery of the customer’s solutions by providing presales solution design assistance, organizing, controlling, planning, tracking, and closing out projects within the project constraints of cost, quality, scope and schedule. This position requires a positive, hands-on team-oriented leadership style.

Advanced Solutions Engineer – Microsoft UC Technologies

The Advanced Solutions Engineer is a highly motivated individual that will be responsible for delivering new products and solutions that encompass Microsoft voice, video and collaboration technologies. This individual will have demonstrated a strong understanding of the unified communications technologies and be capable of implementing solutions at an expert level.

Inside Sales – Lead Generation

The position is designed to strategically generate Sales leads for the purpose of Increasing Sales Pipelines, deepening Brand Awareness and expanding into New Markets. The candidate for this position must be metric oriented, have a strong competitive nature and possess an optimistic attitude. The candidate must have deep knowledge and experience in B2B cold calling and other communication channels, including web, print, direct mail, events and public relations. Must have the ability to “own” and drive delivery of clearly measurable business results.

Senior Project Manager

Systems Analyst II

The Systems Analyst II must have strong customer service skills including a clear speaking voice, excellent diction and tone. The analyst must have a broad range of technical experience across product lines. Experience in various applications, operating systems, telecom, and network concepts is required. The analyst will be responsible for providing second level support to our customers. This position is transactional in nature with primary focus on receiving, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.

Technical Service Engineer – A/V (Cisco, Polycom, Crestron)

This position is an onsite requirement as a Technical Service Engineer. The technician will be required to handle day to day A/V integration and Multimedia support.

Implementation Support Specialist

This position provides project administrative support to the project and program management teams and performs various functions concerning operational support for projects. This may include, but is not limited to, creating purchase orders, processing RMA’s, processing invoices, adjusting orders, project life-cycle support, and data entry into the project management system of record.
